What a month here actually looks like

Some trips do not fit a hotel room. A work posting, a hospital stay, a house hunt, a family visit that keeps extending. For those we have two apartment-style suites inside the hotel.

You get the space and independence of a flat, with the things a flat never gives you: daily housekeeping, a front desk staffed 24 hours, laundry, and someone to sign for a delivery while you are out. Nothing to set up, no deposit, no wiring an internet connection.

The suite in detail

Each 2 Bedroom Suite is 676 sq.ft with two bedrooms, a living room, a dining table and its own pantry fitted with an induction hob and a microwave. It sleeps four to six people comfortably.

The pantry handles breakfast, tea and simple meals, which is what most long-stay guests actually want rather than a full kitchen. For everything else there is room service, a dining area downstairs, and restaurants within walking distance. Outside food is allowed.

The rest is the same as every room in the building: Mitsubishi central AC, Venus 24-hour hot water, Jaquar fittings, 10-inch spring mattresses, German soundproof windows, RFID key card locks, Tata power backup and 1 Gbps WiFi that holds up on video calls.

Rates and billing for longer stays

Rooms start at ₹2,500 a night and the suites are priced separately. For weekly and monthly stays the rate improves the longer you stay, so tell us your dates and we will quote for the exact duration rather than making you work it out per night.

We are GST registered and issue proper invoices, which matters if a company is paying. You can settle online through a link we send, or at the hotel by UPI, card or cash.

Daily life in Ramkote

Koti and Sultan Bazar markets are both about a ten-minute walk, which covers groceries and most daily errands without a cab. The Green Line metro at Sultan Bazar and Osmania Medical College is the same distance on foot and connects you to the rest of the city, including HITEC City if you are commuting for work.

The lane is residential and has no through traffic, so it stays quiet at night. That is the thing long-stay guests notice by the second week, more than any single amenity.
