Sometimes you just need a clean, air-conditioned room in a place everybody can reach. A team meeting, a training day, an interview drive, a small family function.

Our conference hall sits inside the hotel in Ramkote, off Kachiguda X Roads. Attendees coming from Koti, Abids, Basheerbagh or Kachiguda station all reach in ten to fifteen minutes, which is the main reason people pick a central address over a bigger venue further out.

What we can arrange

The hall runs on the same Mitsubishi central AC and 1 Gbps WiFi as the rest of the building, with Tata power backup behind it, so a power cut does not end your session.

Tea, coffee, snacks and meals are arranged from the very good restaurant nearby that also supplies our breakfast. Tell us the headcount and any preferences when you book.

For capacity, seating layouts, projector arrangements and pricing, message us on WhatsApp with your date, timing and number of people. We will confirm what is possible for your specific setup rather than quoting a standard package that may not fit.

Rooms upstairs for outstation attendees

The advantage of running a meeting inside a hotel is that people who travel in can simply stay where the meeting is. Rooms start at ₹2,500 a night, from 182 sq.ft doubles to the 676 sq.ft 2 Bedroom Suite.

For group bookings we will work out a combined rate for the hall and the rooms together. We are GST registered, so the invoicing side is straightforward for a company.

Getting your attendees here

Kachiguda Railway Station is a ten-minute walk. Sultan Bazar and Osmania Medical College metro stations on the Green Line are the same distance on foot. MGBS is about ten minutes by auto.

There is indoor parking at the hotel for organisers and anyone driving in, which is not a given at a central address in this part of Hyderabad.
