We are in Ramkote, near Kachiguda X Roads
Dash Hotels is not near Ramkote, it is in Ramkote. Our building stands on a small lane off the main road, behind the Shakti Ganapathi temple, which means you get a central address without the honking.
Ramkote sits in the middle of everything: Koti and Sultan Bazar for shopping, Kachiguda station for trains, and the old city a short ride away. If your work, wedding or family visit is in this part of Hyderabad, you can walk or take a 5-minute auto to most of it.

Ramkote is a working neighbourhood in the middle of Hyderabad, wedged between Kachiguda, Koti and Sultan Bazar. It is not a tourist address and it does not pretend to be. What it is, is central: shops, banks, pharmacies, food and two railway options all within a short walk.
Dash Hotels is not near Ramkote, it is in Ramkote. Our building stands on a small lane off the main road, behind the Shakti Ganapathi temple, which is how you get a central address without the traffic outside your window.
The lane has no through traffic. There are two temples at the end of it, and at night the street genuinely goes quiet, which is unusual this close to Kachiguda X Roads.
A guest from Germany put it better than we could in his review: it is right in a lively area in downtown Hyderabad, but in a small street without traffic. That is the whole pitch for staying in Ramkote rather than on a main road.
Kachiguda Railway Station is 750 metres, about ten minutes on foot. Sultan Bazar is roughly the same, Koti about a kilometre, and Abids five minutes by auto.
The Green Line metro at Sultan Bazar and Osmania Medical College is a ten-minute walk and covers the rest of the city, including HITEC City. Charminar and the old city are around fifteen minutes by auto.
For most guests that means a trip here needs no cab bookings at all, which is not something you can say about many parts of Hyderabad.
