Every January and February, the All India Industrial Exhibition takes over Nampally and half of Hyderabad turns up for it. Shopping, food stalls, rides, and a crowd that keeps growing after sunset.
Dash Hotels is a 15-minute ride from the Exhibition Grounds, in Ramkote. Spend the evening at Numaish, then come back to a quiet lane, a hot shower and a proper bed. If you are combining Numaish with old-city sightseeing, Charminar is 15 minutes the other way.

Numaish, and somewhere to sleep after it
Every January into mid-February, the All India Industrial Exhibition takes over the Nampally Exhibition Grounds and half of Hyderabad turns up for it. Shopping, food stalls, rides, and a crowd that keeps growing after sunset.
It is a wonderful evening and an exhausting one. We are about 3 km away in Ramkote, roughly fifteen minutes by auto, which is close enough to go back for a second visit and far enough that the crowd does not follow you to bed.
Getting to the grounds
An auto or Uber takes about fifteen minutes in normal traffic, running via Abids. During Numaish season the roads around the grounds are heavy in the evening, so allow extra time, or walk out to the main road before booking a cab on the way back.
The Green Line metro is often the faster option at peak hours. Sultan Bazar and Osmania Medical College stations are both about ten minutes on foot from the hotel.
Book early for the season
January and February are the busiest weeks of our year, and weekend dates go first. If you know your dates, send them as early as you can rather than waiting until the week before.

Making a trip of it
Most people who come for Numaish also want the old city. Charminar and Laad Bazaar are about fifteen minutes away, Salar Jung Museum about ten, and Koti with Sultan Bazar are both walkable from our lane.
Families usually take the 2 Bedroom Suite at 676 sq.ft, which has a pantry and a living room, so the children can sleep while the adults are still up after a long evening out.
